works well, relieves pressure
I have 4 tween and teen daughters who regularly get whiteheads and I personally get cystic acne. We have found that the patches work well for us. To use them, you simply wash and dry your face, then apply to your acne. We prefer to use them overnight, and although some patches are advertised as being able to be used during the day I personally wouldn't as once the patches collect the white gunk they're hard to miss. That is the best part of the patches -- waking up and seeing all the white gunk they've pulled out. You simply peel and pitch. They work well with whiteheads and one treatment is often enough. I often need to puncture my cystic acne to help it draw stuff out and they will usually refill during the day, so I do sometimes have to treat for up to a week before they go away. These are typical thickness and come with each sheet individually packaged. The best part is that the plastic holding the dots is perforated so it is easy to remove them from the backing. Some don't have that and the dots end up rolling as you try to apply them and wasting the dot.

these worked for my skin
I don't know how many different acne patch brands I have in my medicine cabinet but it's got to be more than 30. I am always testing them out to see which ones work for my skin and which ones don't. I get little hormonal breakouts every once in a while, and they work great for that. I've been using acne patches for a really long time now, back when there was only one brand, the 3M ones sold in Asia. We are lucky to have so many different choices now in all sorts of shapes, sizes, thickness, and even ingredients. I really liked these ones because they are quite thin. That said, I only use these when I'm at home and usually don't wear them out or under makeup. I still appreciate the thinness when I'm using them at home because I still want to look "cute" in front of my husband - he never judges of course. There are people that wear these out or under makeup, that's ok too, nothing wrong with it. I applied this on my breakout before bed and when I woke up, the little patch was full of white gunk, my pimple deflated and practically gone. So, bottom line is, these DO WORK. I have to add though that sometimes patches like this, regardless of brand, can be a hit or miss. It sometimes depends on the kind of breakout you have and the patch won't work on every pimple. It won't work on acne that is deeply embedded underneath layers of skin, but will most likely work on the surface ones, especially the ones that are just about to pop. These were easy to remove the next morning and did not leave any sticky residue. All in all, these particular ones by Dr. Oracle worked great for me, so I'd have to say I do recommend these.

Not for overnight
Started getting blemish dots for my kids when puberty hit, and over the years we have tried pretty much every brand out there! These are a little different because they are coated with tea tree oil that is supposed to help sooth the blemish.Blemish dots serve several functions: they drain, they heal, and (maybe most importantly) they prevent “picking” blemishes. On a new blemish, these dots serve to absorb the gunk and get it out of your face. On a blemish that's halfway gone, these dots help the area heal without leaving a huge scab.Note for makeup users: remove these dots and give your skin time to “rebound” a little while before you try to apply foundation or concealer. Otherwise the skin where the dot was will absorb the makeup differently than the rest of your face, and it can be a little noticeable. My two stars off are for a couple of things. First, you get 2 sizes but there's not that much difference between them and the larger one still isn't large enough. Next, although these dots are much more INVISIBLE (good), they don't PULL OUT gunk as well as the thicker hydrocolloid dots (less good). Last, they simply DO NOT stay put overnight, which is when I prefer to use them. Not sure if it's the tea tree oil or the dot's adhesive itself, but they end up on my pillow or the sheet or in my hair by the time I wake up.

they work well
Dr. Oracle Acne Patches are clear patches that adhere really well. Only when I sweat a lot do they come off. I forget I have them on. I put on at night and they help clear my pimples at about 70-80% of the time by morning.

Great patches!
These are great!I love hydrocolloid patches for my hormonal breakouts. I’ve found ones that have nothing on them, just the hydrocolloid patches, are great to keep me from touching and picking at my breakout, but they don’t do anything to help reduce it and make it go away any quicker. That’s why I like to get hydrocolloid patches that also have some kind of treatment product in them, which these have. They have tea tree oil. I feel like these help reduce my breakouts quicker and reduce the redness. They stick really well. They’re also pretty darn undetectable! You get a ton! 92 patches! There’s 2 different sizes - 10 mm and 12 mm.The patches come in a little ziplock, where you tear off the top to get to the ziplock and open it, and you can then reseal it. With most patches that come with different sizes, there’s usually sheets with one size and sheets with the other size. With these, each sheet has both sizes on it. I think that’s nice so you don’t have to pull out all the sheets and go through finding the size you want, you can just pull out 1 sheet and both sizes are on there to choose from. The plastic they are stuck on has a perforated area through the centers, so you just fold it and then rip in half. That allows you to tip off the patch without damaging the edges.Overall, I think these are great. They stick well. They’re hardly noticeable. I even forget they’re on! They are comfortable to wear, but help reduce my breakouts and the redness. You get a ton and they’re in different sizes. I definitely recommend!

Didn't work for me
I'm a bit disappointed in these pimple patches. They do stay on well, are the next to invisible and did cause any allergic reaction. However, they didn't do anything to get rid of or less any of my pimples. Also, there are two different sizes, but they are so close to the same size that they might as well be all the same size.
