For the price I was really shocked, it actually feels solid. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the headboard sits low, so it doesn’t really work well with taller mattresses, and I haven’t been able to find out how to contact customer service (which would make it tough down the road for a warranty claim.

I bought this bed for my 6-yr old son. He transitioned from a loft bed to this. The frame was easy to assemble - every piece was labeled with numbers 1-10 (except #3 for whatever reason). It is a lower bed and is closer to the floor than I imagined, but it's the perfect height for a kid. We've had it for a few few weeks and it holds up nicely under his 40 pounds. The bars for the base are spread a little too far apart, so when I as an adult sit on it, I feel a bit of discomfort, but maybe that's because it's not meant to hold my weight. Anyway, my son really enjoys it.

One of the end of a contectng piece was dented and had to be hammered out to put it. Easy to assemble otherwise. Would buy from this company again.

Our paramedic quarters needed a strong bed where the slats wouldn't keep slipping out sending us crashing to the floor. We pooled our money together and bought this bed. Everything is great EXCEPT is wouldn't fit the box spring (it says you don't need one but we already had it) and our foam mattress barely fits. It hangs over the foot board instead of sitting in the frame a bit. We have a standard twin so I'm not sure what that is all about. As long as it doesn't send me into cardiac arrest from constantly being startled when the bed falls I will endure the "hangover"

Great bed for the price, love the absurdly high weight limit.My only complaint is that bottom few inches of the mattress are not supported, so sitting at the foot of the bed is not recommended. Great frame for normal sleep though, and sitting on the sides is VERY well supported.The easiest way to assemble the bed:-Put together the left rail (3 pieces)-Then the right rail (3 pieces)-Attach foot rail to left and right rails-Attach head rails (one at a time)-Insert slats going from top to bottom, paying close attention for which slats have screw holes (#7 vs #8)-Insert center support and tighten screws.I found the foot rail to be the hardest to hammer flush without damaging, but I should've used a mallet.

I bought this a year ago and it's nice and all, but it's squeaky. Now I had to move and disassemble and reassemble, and it's even worse. I have lubricated the screws, but to no avail. Any movement in the bed sounds like a creaky bed in a scary movie or something.

This is the most sturdy bed frame ever! It was easy to assemble and it was up in no time. We put the mattress on it and let it expand. It looks nice in my granddaughter's room and she is happy!
