I absolutely love this book! I’m a Louisiana Cajun/Creole by way of Texas. Going vegan was becoming hard because I crave those meals that are so close to home. This book really helped me stay in my new lifestyle while satisfying my cravings for my cultures food. I was especially happy to have vegan boudin balls as an option. It’s easy to read, simple recipes that don’t skimp on the seasonings!! The sweetest thing was getting to a step in one of the recipes and reading “don’t get discouraged, keep going!” It added a personal touch. Love this book. Great buy!
