Nightmare product
Product deserves zero stars if that was possible. Product immediately failed the first time I used it when traveling in Europe. (Read that again.) I tested it several times at home before I left for my trip to make sure it worked and I was familiar with the product. All was fine until my trip when I counted on it to work and not give me any problems. I used it one time during my trip and the lock totally jammed resulting in me scurrying around a train headed throughout Germany asking train attendants if they had something to cut the cable because the lock completely failed. I locked my main piece of luggage to a metal rack on the train to prevent it being stolen. I entered the unlock correct code based on a photo and a written note I had written. So yes, I am absolutely certain the code was correct. The lock worked every time when pre-tested it until my train ride. What a total nightmare! It took me about 20 minutes to feverishly cut through the cable with office scissors while my train stop rapidly approached. I am extremely lucky I was able to cut the cable because if not I would have missed my crucial stop. Lesson learned. Do NOT buy this product! Yes, you can take a gamble and ignore my experience and review as a fluke but do you want to take a chance and have your lock also break? And by the way, the crappy cable could likely be cut in a quick moment if a thief had a multi-tool or something more robust than office scissors.

Great for keeping devices secured on travel
Worked wonders during an European trip. It was very easy to set up and use. The lock was strong and the longer cable made it versatile. It was just the right size to travel. Affordable too.
