I bought this to help loosen up my IT Band in combination with gentle stretches while waiting for hip surgery. It worked really well and easily rolled over the muscles. I used it to roll between my shoulder blades as well to relieve some stress and it works well. I am glad I bought it and will use it frequently.

There are loads of other videos out there, though I would love to see some more detailed ones from Tiger Tail.I will be buying the small one for travel. Der Roller stinkt wie die Pest nach Chemie , sowas ist ja Gift !!! Das schlimmste ist aber dass man ihn nicht mehr zurückschicken kann, obwohl ich ihn über Prime bestellt habe, also sowas ist mir noch nie passiert und es steht auch nirgendwo dabei, dass man das Teil behalten muss wenn man es bestellt hat.
