have tons of other silver chains, many the same link...this one turns black very quickly when the other brands do not ???

I was happy to be able to get what I wanted in sizes and weights. I ordered two and received exactly what I ordered. They seem to be sturdy, but I would have liked to get the light weight with a lobster claw clasp. I guess they don't come with that kind of clasp. All in all, I'm happy with them.

1.9 mm silver snake chain will provide security for your pendant. I would recommend this size if you have a larger charm to attach. It's not thin nor delicate necklace. A smaller pendant would get consumed by it, so get something in a thinner mm. I would say the 1.9 mm is very good for the man in your family, go NO shorter than 22 inches in length. For the ladies, I plan to hang a 1 and a half inch cartouche on my 20 inch snake chain and it hangs perfectly in this length. Also, I found no kinks in any of 3 pieces I ordered. The necklace comes in a very nice gift box and the shipping package was received in great condition and it arrived earlier than expected. Nice product.

I needed a necklace for a pendant for my daughter. I wasn't sure about the length needed. A 20 " length would have more use than a longer one, so we chose this lengte. We also liked the variety of diameters available.Chose the hypo-allergenic exterior because some family members have this issue with sterling silver. Note that this finish is NOT quite as shiny as regular sterling. For me, it works to accentuate the bright setting of the pendant. Quality and workmanship appear to be very good.I was pleased with the communications from Honolulu and their shipping and delivery of the chain. BONUS: It was packed in an attractive jewelery/necklace style box, which also made it easy to prepare the necklace for gifting.BOTTOM LINE: We ordered another necklace of the same style, except 22" long.

I read other reviews before purchasing this chain that stated this was not a quality or sterling silver chain.I disagree. I got a 14" chain and have had no problems with it whatsoever. I've worn it several times with various pendants. It is indeed sterling silver. I cleaned it with silver polish and ran it over with a silver polishing cloth and it shined up beautifully.Customer service contacted me after my purchase to let me know that if I had any problems with the necklace, to contact them and let them know.I like the chain very much and was pleased to find one so small to wear as a choker.

It wasn’t as nice and long as I thought it would be! It shows in the choice selection to be 36’ inches long! It is about 30’ long! I purchased it to don a beautiful macarsite cross that was gifted to me.

At first I loved this necklace. The length was perfect and it is sturdy. However, after a couple of weeks it tarnished or so I thought. I cleaned it with silver cleaner with no luck. I used a silver cloth and still no luck. I don't believe it is real sterling, I believe the finis just wore off. I got 2 chains from this company and both did the same thing.
