Very stiff material. You can not wrap around your head and it is NOT neon yellow, it's just regular yellow 👎🏼

Great colors just stiff feel
No way is this 100% cotton. I have a lot of bandanas. Its more of an itchy feel but it looks awesome. Im trying to break it in. Fabric softner might help. Its worth the money but beware the fabric is stiff.
