I've upgraded my bike to an e-bike with a rear hub, 25kg bike with a large frame meant for bike packing and carrying up to 50kg of gear plus one (f*t ba*****) 100kg rider.I *was* using thin, light, Kenda's that required silly high air pressures or they'd bounce around everywhere. Akin to riding on balloons or a mobile trampoline and the front wheel would skip while cornering hard over uneven terrain.By comparison, these Magic Marys have much more rubber integrity and are far firmer at lower air pressures allowing the tyre to properly deform (without rebounding) over the terrain, maximising grip. With these I can average 20mph uphill on rocky fire road without concern whereas before I was always wondering when the next slip would come. The difference in ride quality and peace of mind these tyres have provided me are easily worth the price I paid for 'em. \m/,

Was next to impossible to get the bead over the rim breaking the 3 leavers that come with the tyre and can not get the bead to seat on the rim tried ever to help and nothing and can’t remove the tyre as the bead is so tight to use another tyre

Good tyre.I believe it has steel banding, which makes it difficult to fit on the rim.Also, I found it difficult to get the tyre to run concentrically on the rim, that may be my problem.Nice grip on slippery trails,
