Pre heat this pan when baking because it’s a sturdy pan. Really like to bake cookies on it.

This thing is a game changer
Best baking sheet we’ve ever owned, I have payed good money for other baking sheets and they ware or stick heavily unlike the non stick advertisement but this product can take the nastiest messes like baked on BBQ and they just wipe or wash off no scrubbing required. Well worth the money try it for yourself!

Looks good, fits in Anova Precision Oven but buckles badly
These looked great coming out of the package and they fit perfectly in the Anova Precision Oven, which is why I got them. Unfortunately, the buckle/deform really badly in the oven. I haven't done any experiments to see whether or not the problem is worse at higher temperatures, but I'm pretty disappointed at the performance.

Pretty awesome
The first thing I did was roast bone-in chicken thighs with the skin; very simple.Put the rack on the sheet pan for airflow and maximum crispiness: placed the paper towel dried thighs on the rack and salted them, no other seasoning.Baked at 425F for 45 minutes.Did not disappoint! PERFECT roast chicken! I am disabled, and needed something small enough to bake in my toaster oven.

Perfect for air fryer/toaster oven
Got this to use in our air fryer oven and it's perfect. I love the silicone mat for baking, it works so much better than parchment paper.

Better than I expected
I've used this a couple of times and have been very pleased with the baking and cleaning. I have not seen the pan warp while in the oven (or after baking with it). I wish it was just a bit larger (I bought the 10") but the 12" size would not fit in my little oven.

great and reliable pan for smaller ovens - only downside is a slight warp in oven
this pan is great! i recently used it for a cookie recipe i have used for years and it baked the cookies so perfectly. the cookies spread evenly and the bottoms came out perfectly golden. the silicone mat is easy enough to clean and definitely saves me on using parchment. the only downside of this pan is that it warps while in the oven. i read a few reviews that stated the warping stopped after several uses so we will see if thats the case. other than that i definitely recommend this pan.

Just received not sure of the quality bug will know after I use it.
I’m marking it 5 stars but after I use it I will let people know I have been looking to get a new baking sheet for a while and the silicone mat was just a bonus for the price. If it works good I will review this again and change or keep the five star review.
