One of the most important, concise, and impactful guides you can find to help your business
What if there was a simple and proven plan, that if you followed it, is guaranteed to help your business? What if this plan was developed and used by one of the most successful business leaders who led the turn around of not one, but two iconic brands (Ford Motor Company and Boeing)? What if this leader was thoughtful, compassionate, approachable, disciplined, helpful, and focused on bringing out the best in every leader and employee throughout an organization? What if this plan was clearly and concisely articulated in a book you could finish in under two hours, and apply to your business instantly? This is that plan. This is that leader. This is that book. Adam Witty and Alan Mulally have beautifully articulated and presented the playbook Alan used to turn around Ford Motor Company in a desperate time for the company. No matter the size of your business, these principles, when applied, can make a dramatic difference in the effectiveness, profitability, and joy of your business.

too general and full of recycled ideas
This book doesn’t add anything you haven’t read already in better books with a more detailed explanation. A lot of the ideas here are exposed in a way too general fashion and seem to be referring only to the world of large corporations.I suggest “the four disciplines of execution” as a much better book that goes through similar content with more detail and more useful information, as well as a presentation that makes it possible to implement the content both in large and small sized companies.Meanwhile, I suggest that you avoid this book.

Don’t wadte your money
This item is so deceiving as its not a book at all. It’s just a few page pamphlet that is not much more than an advert for the authors business. I can’t believe that Alan Mulally would sign off on using his name for this. Don’t waste your money. Buy American Icon its all there.

The details about BPRs you've been looking for
If you're like me and after reading Bryce G Hoffman's book "American Icon" and wanted to learn more about the Business Plan Review (BPR) process but struggled to find more than the odd reference or small screenshots from presentations - this is the book you've been looking for. Written by Alan Mulally who created the system, and Adam Witty who implemented it, and evolved it - it's a short book that cuts to the chase, goes into the details and gives step by step instructions for the how, what, why and when of the Working Together Operating System. Pick up a copy.

Hood Read but Playbook is not Available in Canada
I got the book in part to order the free playbook only to discover it is not available here in Canada. The book is good but my purchase was incomplete without the playbook.

A terrible publication - I demanded a refund
A very short low quality publication that is extremely over priced and designed as hook to try and sell a service. I bought it but was so disappointed with it I asked for a refund. Just buy American Icon by Bryce Hoffman instead. It costs almost noting more and is a great read.
