Very happy with the speedy delivery and the pedometer.

It took a while to determine the actual size of my stride - a lot of trial and error. I put an end to that this way: I drove one kilometre in my car and noted the point. Then I went back to the house and walked to that point with a consistent pace. I then checked the distance on the pedometer and adjusted my measured step size accordingly. Eventually, I had it pinned down to where it would indicate a one kilometre distance (or really close). I now know the number that I need to use should it require reprogramming.Using it is fairly easy. When you're programming it, it has an annoying design where if you wish to increase a value, you have to press the LOWER button. If you wish to decrease a value, you have to press the UPPER button. That part just drives me nuts. However, you don't program this device all the time, but when it comes time to do so again, you'll be reminded of this annoyance.Overall, a good reliable product that gets the job done, has a good-sized display that's easy to read, and can be conveniently clipped onto a pocket when walking. Recommend.

Item arrived quickly. Instructions for set up were clear and easy, if you do get problems just go to tube and there is a video. Does exactly what it says it does. Lightweight, easy to use.

Will fall off unless your careful

Although priced high I purchased this pedometer because of the “accuracy” claim. When it arrived the unit would not calibrate accurately. Card in the package listed phone number for calibration assistance. “Carlos” the company rep attempted to help but finally declared the unit unworkable, declined my offer to return it then agreed to my disposing of it. He said he would send a replacement unit. Weeks past and no replacement arrived. When re-contacted “Carlos” claimed because the unit had been sold by this seller, not the manufacturer, “they” the manufacturer would not honour his commitment to replace it. Seller refuses to acknowledge the issue or replace the unit. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS SELLER OR THIS PRODUCT. NOTE: After weeks of argument and stonewalling the manufacturer eventually sent a replacement unit as had originally been agreed to. So they came good and did the right thing but it never should have taken this amount of time and back and forth.
