A very honest review! It would be a 5-star if not for artificial colors and MSG...
I have been cooking for the past 20 years and I've never used a ready-made masala for cooking. But I've tried the GFC once when I visited Karnataka. It was so delicious but I tasted the old oil too. However, my friend wanted to me buy this ready-made mix for the fried chicken. Trust me guys, this tastes a whole lot better when homemade. The instructions say 80gms of mix + 50 gm's of ginger garlic paste for a kg of chicken but it's too much masala. 70 gm's + 40 gm's for a Kg is perfect. I tried several marinate processes. 1. 30 mins of marination was good for small cut and boneless pieces. 2. Standard 4 hours of marination for large cuts and drumsticks didn't work. But worked fantastic for medium-cut chicken pieces. 3. Overnight marination in the refrigerator will be my suggestion for drumsticks and whole chicken. Nice deep cuts in the chicken and a proper balance of masala mix gave the right output. Tips: Rest the chicken for 5-10 after frying. Cons I noticed was the usage of artificial food coloring and I tasted a lot of MSG (Ajino-moto) which was not mentioned in the ingredients. I could also taste the sourness without adding lime or vinegar. Not sure how they incorporated the sour flavour into the mix. Any ways a worthy product to amuse your family. Go for it!!!

Simply Love It
Too good ! Now I can enjoy my favourite Kebab at my own Kitchen. Very simple to prepare, mix it with Garlic Ginger paste fry it and everything is ready. Taste is just like at restaurant. And the amount of Masala at this price is great value. Perfect 👌

Taste was awesome.. But too much of food colour added... Salt konjam korakkanum.... Yengaloda taste ku yeatha madhiri kooda koraichi pottukkalam.... otherwise taste la yendha koraiyum illa... Nambi vangalam....
