Best Flavor for Ramen!
We use this for making Ramen. We use AngelHair spaghetti and stir fry it with meat and vegetables. Finally add the soup. We love it!

Excellent ramen soup stock 🤤
One thing I noticed is that it says 270mL of water per package or 9 oz of water. It does have 5500mg of sodium so keep that in mind as it seems like a lot of water but it's the perfect amount!Otherwise, this ramen soup is excellent! I grew up in Japan so while I won't say it's as close to the ramen shop soup, it still tastes fairly authentic for premade soup. The package if in a cooler room may have fat come out in slightly solid texture desolves right away in hot water. I bought the ramen noodles also on Amazon that's in dry stock form and made excellent lunch and dinner 👍

Excellent. Reminds me of tonkotsu.
I ordered a bunch of ramen not thinking spicy was mean ridiculously spicy so I ordered these packets so I didn't have to waste the noodles. Best decision I made. Can't tell what is says but this hakata reminds me of tonkotsu type flavor but it is wet and very good.

5.0 stars for ease of use
I was obsessed with tonkotsu ramen, ever since I had it. The actual tonkotsu for those who don't know is a bone based pork broth that takes several hours to make. It has many ingredients and is labor intensive. The flavor though is really rich and umami. I held off on actually buying any ingredients because I was trying to be health conscious and make things from scratch. Given though the complexity of this broth, I decided that it might be best for me to try to find some seasoning to help me in my food prep. Behold Amazon to the rescue. This instant noodle pack is DELICIOUS. Of course, it takes a ratio that is pretty high to get the delicious favor going but it tastes quite authentic to me. I used 1 packet per approximately 4.5 cups of water as another reviewer suggested. This gave a pretty mild broth. I do think you could use more packets per cup to get a richer flavor. To make my ramen, I boiled some water and then added this. I stirred and then added in my ramen noodles. I let the noodles cook. I topped with some sliced scallions (green onion), and seared pork (seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic) which was chopped into thin slices. I also added a hard boiled egg with some soy sauce and sesame flavoring (on the egg). The overall effect was a pretty decent quick meal that reminded me of one of my favorite travel dishes. I do wish the instructions came in English with this but I think you can experiment easily with this to find the perfect ratio to use. It is a high quality ingredient that ships quickly and tastes like real bone broth with less effort.

Delicious!!!!
This is delicious!! Wonderful broth on its one or add noodles and more. One hack: if you want to lower the fat content, keep it in the refrigerator and let the fat solidify then open and dispense.

BYOI- 10 Broth Based packets (not powder). Thick and greasy umami and salty..
What you get:10 Packets of tonkatsu flavor= "liquid pork bone" broth. In Japan this is made with pork bones for hours to get that Tonkatsu flavor.BYOIN- bring your own ingredients to this party, noodles especially.95 kcal, Protein 3.5g, Fat 8.0g, carbohydrate 2.3g, sodium 5.5g. Per serving which is?? Not clearOne gram = 0.03527396 ounce. I think the large number 35 must be the # of grams per pack.Flavor = Good. Size- liquid 35 grams I think?. Soup only enough for one small bowl (a 3.5 oz serving of ramen size basically). BYOI- bring your own ingredients, noodle style. Flavor: distinct, umami, porky greasy (adding a soy based broth makes it stretch a bit if you gave too much water). There is almost as much grease as there is broth in each packet. Contacted TONCHAN RAMEN, (as sold and delivered by: SaraQ Mart), I was promised a refund, which I never received. Well, at least I only waited for a month to get these things and have them taped and delivered onto a piece of paper. See photos. Super classy. Totally worth the effort. But, then again not really.
