We have a number of Reed diffusers around our family home as we love the aroma that they release into the air. So when I saw this boxed set of replacement diffuser sticks I was eager to order them and see how well they worked as I have had to replace entire items in the past as I have previously been unable to find replacement sticks. So I ordered them from the Vine Program to put them through their paces and give you an honest and full review.The product comes in a lovely black branded box that would make an ideal gift for someone as it is beautifully presented. Inside the box you receive the following;* 50 Beige Sticks* 50 Black SticksThe sticks are all made from polyester cotton that is environmentally friendly and they are 10” long by 3.5mm wide and are all beautifully smooth with no rough parts or splinters. They look great both in single coloured or mixed together within their pots and are excellent and diffusing fragrance around a room. I find that turning them over regularly helps to elongate the length of time that they continue to release fragrance into the room.Overall this is an excellent product and at £15.99 (price at time of review) for the box of 109 they are superb value for money and will last a good many months. Being so well presented also makes them an ideal gift, perhaps alongside an actual diffuser or just for your own home as I have used them. I am happy to give them a full 5 star rating and to recommend them to you. These are great value for cotton fibre reeds working out at under £1 for 6 sticks which is 1 reed more than cocod’or provide with their fragrances. You get 50 of each colour, black and beige, so they will last me a while in home made diffuser oils. These are 35 mm reeds so I’m starting with 6, but I suggest experimenting and adding or removing depending how strong the fragrance is after 48 hours. I only use 3 or 4 of the larger diameter sticks so I started with 6 of these - my mix is a bit potent so I might need to remove some in a few days. The reeds need 2-3 days in any diffuser oil before turning, then turn them every time you feel they need it. I removed a couple of the sticks I ruined cutting to size to stir and they’d picked up a fair amount of fragrance so there’s nothing wrong with these.I wanted these for making my own oils, particularly citronella diffusers ready for summer. I usually add citronella in oil burners on my window sills but this year I decided to repurpose my empty cocod’or bottles and see if they deter insects like the burners. It’s very easy to make your own - a carrier oil like almond, grape seed, safflower or fractured coconut mixed with pure essential oil and add diffuser reeds. It was giving off plenty of fragrance during the first day and the reeds had absorbed plenty when I turned them, so hopefully they will do the job and put insects off coming through my windows!

He's diffuser sticks does not really much I can say they do a fantastic job smells obviously fine from the sense I put in he comes out very clearly you can easily smell it basically and there's no really faults I've had with these and you get so many for such a low price which I have really really admire and I really appreciate as well because these are hard to find and you can't use them all the time once they used once you've kind of got to throw them away which is the problem but other than that I mean for the price how many you get and for the quality definitely worth it and I definitely recommend it.

My wife kindly provided the following review:I use a lot of essential oil around the house to stop any pervading 'doggy smells', and one of the cheapest and safest ways to do this is with a reed diffuser. Of course, you can buy the whole kit and caboodle for a fiver upwards, but actually all you need is a nice small jar or vase, some water, some essential oil and some reeds. By buying this pack of 100, I can fill the jars I've set up in 6 rooms and still have plenty left. If you turn the reeds round once a week, they'll last for months. These are great because they're made from environmentally friendly stuff, and are an excellent price. It's nice too, that they come in two different colours, so you can match them to your decor or the container. They work beautifully, so a definite thumbs up!

Good quality reeds in a mixture of beige and black so visually nice especially if you use the two colours for contrast.Each stick is 10"X3.5mm long and with smooth edges, well made with no defects.They come in a recyclable box which is very important to me and as the packaging is nice enough so it could be given as a gift, as is or with the addition of a ribbon.I personally don’t use air freshener I prefer to use my essential oils which leave a lovely subtle aroma around the house rather than a short lasting smell from an air freshener.I have a dog so these are perfect for doggy smells and with 50 of each colour and at £16 that’s a good price and they will last age.I hope you found this review helpful if so please click below thank you

Oh lord ! I was trying to do home made diffuser and I was following mixtures with different essential oils and water and alcohol but then in the end was saying “ if you don’t have diffuser sticks that’s totally fine use skewer sticks “ ..... mistake !!! 3 months those diffusers didn’t smell at all !! Few days ago I swap the skewer wooden sticks with this amazing special for diffuser sticks and omg ! The room change smell I mean from nothing to amazing Jasmine , orange . Exactly what I wanted . So my point is is not important is not the essential oils but the sticks ! Better spend a bit more but anyway you need like max 7 sticks per diffuser so will have for very very long time 😁

The packaging looked great and the reeds were all intact in nearly organized. Initially, I was concerned they were light and cheap because the starter reeds i got seemed heavy and thick. However, i was pleasantly surprised to find that these reeds diffused the scent faster and to a wider area. I’m happy with the purchase and will buy again when i need more refills.Note: i bought the longer reeds and they look great in my short diffuser bottle - I wouldn’t have been happy with the shorter ones.

Diffuser Stäbchen denkt man an Bambus, Holz, Schilf im Grunde an gewachsene Materialien weniger künstlich hergestellte. Aber Baumwolle saugt sich voll und Polyester bringt Feuchtigkeit von innen nach außen. Ich nutze diesen Effekt auch gerne bei Handtüchern und Kleidung.Und der Einwand der Müllvermeidung, wenn die Stäbchen sehr viel länger halten als natürliche muss weniger produziert transportiert und am Ende kompostiert werden. Ich nutze natürliches Schilfrohr und diese Stäbchen nun schon seit Wochen. Beide sind vom selben Hersteller. Subjektiv bin ich mit beiden zufrieden. Welche zuerst ausgetauscht werden müssen, kann man leider erst zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt feststellen. Sie stehen auch an verschiedenen Plätzen und werden daher auch unterschiedlich frequentiert. Aber in einen bin ich mir sicher, ich würde beide beim Kauf in Betracht ziehen die natürlichen sowohl auch diese. Für mich subjektiv machen beide Varianten einen guten Job.Der Preis ist ok mit 100 Stück komme ich weit über ein Jahr damit hin. Es gibt natürlich auch weitere Angebote aus verschiedenen Materialien die selbst wiederum verschiedene Eigenschaften besitzen.
