Digital temperature setting is the best feature. Illuminates brightly, a nice blue color. Easy to use. I use it every single day. After seven months it stopped working, shuts off before reaching set temperature. I want the seller to replace it because I really like it, but I will likely purchase a brand that is known to last longer.

I loved this tea kettle. It was easy to fill, clean and adjust the temp by 5 degrees up it down, great warmer that lasted more than long enough and then shut off. But now the kettle doesn’t turn on at all. At first it just started shutting off randomly. Before the water was at temp. We cleaned it, “descaled” it with vinegar and water, and made sure the contacts were clean and not corroded. It seemed to work fine for a couple of boils, but then completely shut off and won’t turn on no matter how we position the tea kettle. I feel like it should work for a couple of years, at least!

This is a nice looking kettle and it works as advertised. However, if you're looking for a kettle that keeps water hot all day without the need to hit buttons each time you use it, this isn't it. You effectively need to start it again each time you use it. I found another kettle that has a 4-hour Keep Warm function, and when you put the pot back down after using it, that pot maintains whatever setting you have (up to 4 hours, which is good enough for me). This kettle doesn't have that, and I thought it would, even though it didn't claim to. Again, great kettle if you like the auto-shutoff feature. But if you want a Keep Warm feature, be advised that this kettle doesn't have that.

I just got this kettle so I can't write on how long it'll work.. It is packaged well, the lighting makes it look pretty cool and over all it feels fairly well made, especially at this price point. The kettle itself does get pretty hot, which makes sense considering glass and all but I kind of wish they did something to negate it even a little, at least on the lid. The handle stays cool though, thankfully! I'm also a bit disappointed that there's plastic on the inside, while the boiling water probably won't ever come in contact with that part the steam definitely will. I'm still deciding if I'm alright with that, but for the people that definitely don't want plastic parts in the inner part I don't recommend this.

Brought the item about less then 3 weeks. Worked well until it stopped working. Had it replaced a new one. A week later it stopped working again. Will return and find something else

Great product overall. The temperature control works fine.A small problem that I am having is that when the kettle is detached from the base, all the settings are cancelled. I have to manually reset it to the original keep warm temperature after I poured some water out.
