This is good for veggies, or other chopping items, but not the best for cutting even a bar size pizza. It will, but faster with the real pizza cutters. Still sharp, colorful, and has a stand. So nice for the 5 star rating. Wish they made a larger size for pizza.

I mainly got this to cut cilantro. It works way better in every way than a chef knife. I’ve found that it’s best to roll the blade over the herbs rather than press it up and down. This should also prolong the life of the blade. It came very sharp. It’s easy to keep clean as long as you wipe it right away and don’t let anything dry on the blade. This is not for the lazy; you cannot put it in the dishwasher unless you want to ruin the wood
