We bought one of these for our master bedroom and have been using it for a year and a half now. It is very thick and super comfortable. If you have an oversized washer, it washes nicely without coming out all lumpy and bumpy. We recently remodeled our two upstairs guest rooms and couldn’t imagine buying any other mattress pads for the new beds, so we bought two more!

I read a lot of reviews before I ordered this and I wasn’t disappointed. It is well-made, thick, soft and covers the bed and the deep pockets secure it nicely. Would have probably given it a 5 but don’t know how it will wear over time.

PROS: Fit my queen size mattress perfectly. Deep pockets worked well even on thick mattress. Nice weight, Soft, warm and cozy. Works well if you're trying to 'soften' a super firm mattress.CONS: When you first open the product, it needs time to 'air out' due to odor. I'll call it a 'super-new' aroma. I put mine in the dryer on delicate and tumbled for about twenty minutes before putting on my bed....that seemed to help a bit. The tumbling helped fluff it up too after being compressed in the packaging. However, the weird extreme newness smell lasted a few days but I either got used to it or it finally went away, because I don't notice it as much now. I contacted the seller to inquire about the content of the stuffing, but they told me that was 'proprietary information' and wouldn't go further. That concerned me a little bit because I have allergies....all I could find on the product page was, "quality, durable, safe, and long-lasting materials". The outer shell it cotton from what I was able to ascertain. So far, so good.

This topper is so comfortable. It feels wonderful, I sleep better. a lot of times I don’t want to get out of bed. Glad for my purchase

I have a Casper mattress (king size), which I wish I never got because it's way too firm. This is coming from someone who used to leave the bed to sleep on the floor when I couldn't sleep. So yeah it is really firm. I immediately got a 3" foam topper from Amazon, which helped, but it's extremely hot and still not comfortable. To top it all off, I have to use a waterproof mattress pad because of my dog. I use a "breathable" bamboo one also from Amazon. I was pretty sure the heat was from the 3" foam topper, despite that being labeled "cooling"For a year I have been struggling with a too-hot, uncomfortable bed, but I cannot afford to buy another mattress. We had already returned one before this and it was an ordeal.Ok so the Comfort Boost is definitely a mattress TOPPER, not just pad. I would say it's both. When I opened the box, I thought I'd toss it in the dryer to fluff it up, but it took up the entire dryer so that didn't really do anything. I suspect if I wash it, I will have to hang dry it or take it to the laundromat. It will fit in my washer (no agitator) but my dryer is too small for the king size.For the first night we tried just putting this over the mattress, with the waterproof pad over it. We both had an awful night's sleep and both woke up with lower back pain. My husband always has aches and pains but I woke up multiple times with very abnormal pain for me. As soon as we got up we put the 3" foam topper back on, with this over it, then the waterproof pad. The waterproof pad and the tight fit of the sheets thanks to all the layers squishes this down a bit. But it felt comfortable. That night, I was back to no back pain. My husband was so upset from the night before, he slept in the recliner in the living room. He was reluctant to go back to the bed. I have used it a few nights now and noticed that it DOES help with the heat from the foam topper. So my 3 stars come from that aspect of it. I would give it 5 stars for cooling. Even with the waterproof mattress pad, the bed is no longer too hot.It seems like a really great, quality product, but on it's own it really didn't do much of anything like to add a pillowtop feeling. Despite it looking like it has quite a bit of loft. I had to add another entire product from the same price point back in. Also luckily my favorite sheet set is really deep pocket and fits over all this, my other sets do not.The fabric is nice and everything was clean and crisp, with no smell. May require a trip to the laundromat to wash and dry the king size.

The mattress topper arrived well-boxed and in perfect condition. Let it fluff up a day and it fits the bed perfectly. Beautifully sewn, pillowy and a comfortable thickness. I’m very pleased with this mattress topper.

Like some others have said, this will NOT make a firm bed more plush. It is also NOT cooling. We bought this in the hope that it would make our new hybrid mattress softer and cooler. It doesn't do either. Just makes the bed a bit more comfortable.UPDATE 5/15/24 - Invest in something else. This really didn't do anything. Just purchased a 4" Vesco mattress topper. Also, if you currently own a spring mattress, keep it, don't ever buy the mattresses they offer today. We have spent so much money on mattresses and they are all garbage.

This makes our bed much softer...it also has super long stretch netting around it deep enough to fit over our Very very thick mattress. Thanks!
