Worked perfect for the cabinet doors I put on. Great value for the money. Used some door stoppers to quieten the closure. Fit well. Easy to install with close attention to the instructions.

These hinges work great in my application: as vertical hinges on the door of my homemade galley box for my dinghy cruiser (sailboat). The retraction is quite strong, holding the door (5/32 plywood, approximately 7 inches wide by 8 inches tall) firmly against the door stops when closed, and strong enough to support a small pan or kettle on the door when it is open. I wish I could share pictures, but the box is currently disassembled for finishing. I'm sure that woodworkers and hobbyists could find many applications for these hinges, for cabinet doors and such. Nice quality.

Much the same as many reviewers have noted. 1) These come without instructions. Go to the product listing and look at the photos carefully to figure it out. You may want to temporarily screw them to two pieces of scrap wood to see just how they work and for spacing. 2) It may seem at first that they don't work and won't bend. They will, but when they aren't attached to anything you don't have much leverage, and the way they bend is a little inobvious. You *can* open and close them with just your fingers (but don't get pinched), but it may take some fooling around to figure it out. 3) They come with non-ideal screws. You really want pan-head screws about the same size. 4) These are not 'normal' hinges! These are hidden hinges and/or for situations where one moving part needs to be extended outward to clear the non-moving part. If you're not sure why you need this specific type of hinge, odds are good that this isn't the type of hinge you need. I've installed them, though, and they work fine, and they seem sturdy. Price is good. Packaging, etc, not so good. I'd buy them again if I needed more, but it helps that I've got some practice with these now.

These are not super soft closing but I don't feel they snap she either. They fit and worked perfect for a door on my TV stand that got broken during a move. Just make sure you follow the instructions exactly!

Well I appreciated the ease of installation since this is a flush mount hinge, the instructions were seriously lacking, suggesting a 4 mm tag on the door application, which was absolutely wrong. For our inset door, we had to align the hinge to the edge of the door and still had problems with rubbing despite already having a 2 mm reveal between the door and the cabinet side.

This is my 3rd attempt at finding the right style of hidden hinges for my fold-down cabinet. This one finally works! MY particular configuration is complicated by the fact that its not in a stand-alone cabinet. It has drawers above and below the fold-down panel. And what I really appreciate is that this set of hinges that came with clear installation Instructions.
