Pathetic product and very poor service
Within 2 weeks of use the pot got jammed and rubber linings came out. The mixxer rotor and pot connector got broken. Pathetic customer service. Sellercsays ecom buyers need to visit the office with unit and technician asking for visit charges whereas the call center denied any handling charges. The mixxer still not working properly after maintenance. Do not buy this substandard product. I regret buying this. Go for some other one and dont waste not your money on this.
