This product is an absolute waste of money and nothing like the picture.. the way it is shown in the picture you will probably think it’s a good material but in reality very bad material has been used.. doesn’t fit your actual size.. no stretchy enough. Rolls up/down when wearing.. All I can say is don’t waste your money on it like I did

Just want to write to review my new waist trimmer I received from Amazon.After first use I can say that I am extremely impressed. Right away I could feel the heat and within no time experience sweating. The trimmer is the perfect fit and is easy to wear. I am really thinking about ordering another one just to have an extra. I highly recommend your trimmer for weight loss regimens.

This waist trainer is good but the drawback is that it rolls if you are doing a HIIT workout or anything that you are up and down. I would say this is great use if you're just walking. The size chart is true to size so the size I got was spot on. Very comfortable to wear and gives that needed support during my workouts. Good quality material.

I really like this waist trimmer. When I took it off my belly was soaking with sweat. I got a small and it fit me just right. I was initially concerned when I ordered that size but it did what I needed it to do so I'm very pleased

Don't think it should really be very tight. I love it. Its works as well as the vest and is extremely comfortable. Its like its not ever there when u wear it. I think I will wear it more than the vest. Lol. I love it.
