I wanted to give it a 2.5 but here we are. This bag came to me smashed with no packing materials inside it to hold the shape. The front of it was bent. There were loose threads on the rock rebel plate they label with.I was able to stuff it with packing paper and plastic bags to give it shape again, clipped threads off. It also seems to pick up a lot of lint. If you are willing to do your part to make it nice then it is fine. But I would strongly suggest ordering something from Killstar if you want a bag like this.

Looks like the photo but for $60+ I’d expect a little better quality. The zipper was broken as soon as I opened it.

I was so excited for this backpack! It's adorable, fits my aesthetic, and looked durable from the order. But I've only had it a week and i can tell that the rigid parts are made of cardboard and the zipper has broken more times than I can count. I wish this were a better product. It's not worth $60.

I love this backpack. I get lots of nice compliments on it. It's adorable. Also roomy.

The wife is speechless another product she always wanted and she loves it.
