This is an excellent lobster claw clasp, strong, shiny and opens and closes as it should. I always look for stainless steel when I need chain connectors as it is a very durable metal and looks great with stainless or silver chains. And no tarnish or rust to worry about, it holds it's luster! This one is a good one.

First Impression
The product that arrived has a duller tone—-it is less shiny than the pictured. The “smooth”metal side of the claw is not a continuous smooth curve ——it has an additional egg-shape pressed in the metal —-flattening the curve. The claw lacks the beauty of the claw in the picture.
