The recovery software just said failure. No explanation or solution. Poor instructions.

This was a complete disappointment. I needed to recover info from a sim card, via a reader or direct phone cord. The program seems like it is set up ok, but it didn't function on any sim card I tried locked or not. It just said data acquisition status was a failure and so is the product.

Does not work with Windows phones.

After several calls with the company and them sending a replacement device, they finally told me it would not work with my Windows phone. Kudos to Paraben, though, for taking the time to work with me and send a replacement device when they thought that was the problem.

Had to break it to get the sim card out, no user directions. Should be much more user-friendly. Waste of $, cheaply made
