Q: Does this work for a 2015 ford escape ?

I used these in the shop I work at for the 2015-2019 edges and explorers. It's the same part Ford uses for the recall replacement. So yes it will work and it's not a hard job if you don't mind the dirt in the engine bay.

Yes for vehicle with the flow thru floor console with 4-speed transmission.

Q: What's the difference between the Doorman 14055 and this other than the 14057 other than the number of parts?

The 14055 come with bushings to repair the upper and lower end of the cable. The 14057 comes with 2 lower ones for some of the GM vehicles. And 2 other colored ones are fro some Ford applications.
