While Biotin is gaining popularity as a useful supplement, for good reasons in probability, one needs to be mindful of less than optimum products that may seek to ride on this popularity sentiment.While I cannot decidedly comment on the efficacy of this product, as soon after receiving these I ordered Biotin tablets of another brand too, and hence did not consume these for too long.Reasons being, firstly the tablets itself are rather flaky and brittle...and keep breaking into pieces at times, Which does lead to mixed thoughts about them.Secondly info on the label is quite patchy, with no mention of he potency of biotin as an ingredient per tablet or serving, RDA vales etc. It simply mentions to have 2 tablets thrice daily !!These factors inclined me to order another brand of Biotin tablets, which I have been taking regularly, and can certainly feel signs of improvement in my hair volume. Assuming to ascribe the changes to biotin only, in absence of any other major changes in my regime.
