Pair, or just one bolt?

Pair of two - 1 "item" covers front right and left.

Whats the difference, if any, between the 81260 bolt and this one? spc site says 81260 is rear upper and this is front lower. yet, both are 14mm.

This 81260 is for the rear camber. Not sure if you can use it for the front. If the front camber bolt is 14mm and is same length. I don't see why you could not use it for the front. If you are only dropping your scion frs 1.5 you will not need camber bolts for rear. My alignment came out perfect just with spc lower arms.
