Deco X60 WiFi 6 AX3000-3 Pack - Whole-Home Mesh Wi-Fi System (Renewed)

I waited a few weeks to review this product to assure that there were no glitches. I'm extremely delighted with this product. The TP-Link Deco X60 WiFi 6 AX3000-3 Pack was very easy to install. I used this to replace my Verizon Gig router which caused a number of compatibility issues. I simply powered up the first Deco unit and connected it to the Verizon Ethernet cable. This now became my router. I followed the step by step directions on the app. I entered the Wifi name and ISP provided password and after a few seconds the router was connected to the internet. Then using my cell phone to monitor signal strength from the router I was able to determine where to place the two mesh extension devices. They were auto discovered by the router. I now have excellent signal throughout my 3,000 square foot 2 story house including my garage and most of my back yard. By opting for the factory renewed and certified system I was able to save more the $100 over the price quoted by Best Buy.

compared to other brands, the price is just the best and you get basically what you need. The connection goes easy and whatever device you use, it can all be a router or a client. The X60 is value for money, has AX with a maximum of 3000 Mbps divided properly over 2.4 and 5 Ghz. Great you can put 'guest' also on 2.4 or both and prioritizing connections is also a nice option. Although, the app is clean but very limited and a lot of tweak possibilities are lacking. Conclusion, great for someone who just wants to connect it all and leave the mesh in peace afterwards (or minimal adjusting), but control freaks and tweakers will be disappointed... It's a bit up to you.

I'm a network administrator for my day job. Read the reviews and decided to give these a try. I've been and ASUS router fan for year. Using the Deco app made installation so super simple any user can do these. The speeds are just as good as my ASUS ROG router just now I have whole home coverage. ASUS mesh system was not quit easy to manage as these are. I highly recommend these to everyone who wants something simple that works. Im impressed so far. I used the same SSID and I didn't even have to reconnect all my Alexa devices. Win, win. Easiest and fastest router mesh system I've ever used.

For me, this TP Link Deco X60 has a critical project problem. I bought first one renewed. About renewed, there's no problem. Amazon sent me as described: it looks fine and It was really ok. Plugged and configuration started. At the same day one of devices drop off my network and starts to blink a red led. It was impossible to reconfigure. Reset button didn't work. Couple of hours later another device drop off (main device). Reset button with same problem (didn't work). Asked Amazon to replace it. A second product had sent to me. Plugged again. 12h (aprox.) after working fine, one of the devices drop off my network and started to blink blue led. Reset button worked but app didn't recognize it so it was impossible to add to my network. I didn't have any chance to evaluate product, functions or quality. Don't buy it.

Setup was a bit complex at first as one Deco x60 used for connecting to the router kept disconnecting. After swapping that, all went smoothly. Adding additional Decos, was a breeze. On average it takes less than a minute to add a deco. I am upgrading from TP-link Deco M5. The main deco used to get around 200mbps from the modem. Now with the X60 I am getting around 300mbps. I stay in South Africa where houses are constructed using bricks and mortar. So signal in my room was usually around 30mbps with the deco m5. The x60 now delivers speeds of close to 150 mbps. My line speed is Rain 5G- with a best effort offer of at least 150mbps. In terms of speed, this deco X60 delivers. I stay in a 700sqm double storey House, but now the whole house now delivers around 70mbps from the furthest room. Imporove signal to all rooms, I have bought 6 deco x60 due to the design of the house. I am yet to deal with tech support as one deco keeps loosing signal. However, since it’s in the guest room, no need to stress.

The X60 works fine as advertised. Setup with the phone app was quick. WiFi and wired connections are solid with no dropouts or freezes. Initial performance was disappointing until I searched and found a forum that advised setting the ISP bandwidth in the More => QOS panel. Setting up my printer was tedious because it had a static IP that was not what Deco wanted and would not mount. I had to factory reset the printer and restart it, then set the static IP from the OS, then delete and re-add the printer in the OS. The US power brick is designed so that plugging it into a desktop UPS is very difficult. The body of the power brick tries to cover several sockets. Wish the plug could rotate.

I ask of these more then they promote and they still do the job. I have them setup between 3 trailers 20/30 feet from each other and the wifi gets to all 3 nicely.

10/10, si quieres tener wifi en cada rincon de casa, esta es la solución, llevo ya unos 2 años utilizando y no me han decepcionado

La verdad estoy demasiado contento con el producto y lo que ofrece maneja perfectamente mi conexión de 200 mb/s así que no puedo quejarme en lo absoluto

Big improvement on the M4 units with a fast and stable connection over three floors. Sleek look too. Very happy.
