I have tried to do the "apple cider vinegar shots" to get my system working and it was hard to do...These gummies are amazing and they make my feel better throughout the day! They are definitely worth a try!

I started taking apple cider vinegar shots awhile back for bloating and it was hard to swallow. It’s so hard to get past the taste but I did it. Than I though oh maybe a hummus will be better and I bought the other brand goli and while it wasn’t as bad as the shot the taste was still bad and than o couldn’t justify the price for something that didn’t really taste that great. So happy when I tried these though, they taste so good and really help me with bloating. Love them .

As someone who doesn’t normally eat/drink apple cider vinegar, it was a shock. But the taste was good. It just didn’t work. I walk 8 miles a day. Lift heavy things and I have been stuck at 225 the whole time. I just had a baby Nov 2023. Going to try something else to help me.

I was just over 8 months postpartum when I started taking these and it's been a little over 2 weeks and I'm finally down 2.5 lbs! These vegan gummies make it easy to take apple cider vinegar. I wanted the benefits and prefer these to drinking it. They are a cute apple shape and are NOT wet & sticky like the Goli gummies. I noticed after about a week that my appetite decreased and I wasn’t snacking like I normally do. My clothes are fitting better, I don’t feel bloated and that’s proof for me that these are working.

The gummies are great tasting and flavored naturally with real apples.The bottle smells fairly strong of vinegar but they're not strong tasting.These are a bit firmer than some and contain only 2 gram of sugar.Serving of one = 500 mg ACV = 60 servings.It's suggested 1-2 gummy's daily. (= 30 servings)So I'll mention here that this price isn't the best value out there.Not sure why these are targeted for postpartum moms (to draw an additional audience?)But the ingredients are good for everyone.They include what seems to be the usual extra vitamins / power foods.of Vit B 6 - Vit B 9 (folate) - Vit B 12 - iodine, and scant amountsof Pomegranate 40 mcg and beet juice extract 40 mcg> All of which are supportive for good circulation - good health.Plus these have the added benefit of including the friendly bacteria = the mother.But I don't find on the label they're organic if that matters to you.Contains coconutsDropped one star for a bit pricey and not organic.Doesn't say where made.

I bought this along with Skin Glow and Hair Vitamins, all Baby Blues products. I really loved that this brand gives you so many options and flavors. I am four years postpartum but still struggle to lose the last 10 lbs. I am excited to see where these gummies take me. Bonus that they taste amazing! Apple cider vinegar does wonders for the body. You can’t go wrong with giving these a try!
