Product makes life easier but the string can break from inside if tried to chop hard vegetables. It's a very good product for daily purpose.

The product was damaged. Blade was not working.
Blade is not working. Nor the pulling system. OVERALL it was a WASTE OF MONEY. Neither was able to return or replace the product.

A wonder tool for the kitchen. Ever since we bought this, we use it in the kitchen all the time atleast 2-3 times a day Veg salad has become my favourite snack or meal, with the chopped vegies toss in a spoon each of Flax seed powder, peanuts, pine nuts, cucumber seeds, pumpkin seeds you are good to go.Good product and their blades is really sharpWe used to clean after every use.Just loving it in my kitchen
