It has some but of writing on it that can’t be erased but other than that I am absolutely happy with the purchase . The condition of this Bible is really good especially for the great price !

I discovered the Good News Bible shortly after I attempted to translate the Book of Esther into modern English for my children to act out. The Good News Bible, an authoritative new translation from the early texts, suddenly made sense of the archaic language. Who knew that when they anointed Esther's body with oil to appear before the king that they were cleaning her up and giving her a beauty treatment! The tales of David read like a novel--one wonders why no novel has ever been made of this story of human frailty. Note, though, that the Good News Bible can supplement the King James version, not supplant it, as it utterly lacks the sonorous poetry of the older version.

Although I bought this bible as a used second hand copy the pages were as good as new. It was a gift and my niece loved it

Came very early which I was made up with, no scuffed edges to the bible at all, perfect to use, I'd definitely recommend this seller!
