I AM NOT A WATCH EXPERT. Now that you know that, also know that I’ve been going through a “watch phase” for 6 months learning as much as I can about watches mostly on YouTube. For the very low price point of this watch, what you get is, in my opinion, quite good. I’ve had and worn this for a few months and it still looks good and keeps time much better than expected. I think I gain about 90 seconds every month. For a “cheap” Chinese watch, that’s pretty darn great. The leather strap is thick and seems to be holding up well. I haven’t scratched the glass (yet). It’s got a good substantial weight to it, and it’s size look good on my large wrist. I would definitely buy this watch again. In fact, I did buy another similar Benyar which has been just as good.

It is a nice looking watch. It came as described. I have had it for 5 months. I have to reset the time every two weeks because it runs fast. The chronometer functions work to an extent although when I reset them after using, they do not return to zero. For the price it does well and looks good.

I was initially attracted to this watch because of the beautiful brown dial coupled with the gold finish. When I purchased it I think it was $34 so I wasn't expecting Tissot level quality, and neither should you. The finish on the looks very nice and I still catch myself staring at the dial (looks amazing in the sun). The movement feels a little loose but is easy to manipulate to set time date etc. The strap seems to be real leather but if I had one gripe it would be that the strap starts thicker at the lugs and gets thinner closer to the clasp. This in itself isn't a bad thing except that upper portion of the strap is extremely stiff. I also don't mind the brand logo on one side of the strap but the brand name spelled out on the opposing side just looks bad imo. These aren't huge deals as I plan to swap straps anyway. This chrono comes in several variations and I will likely purchase another.

I am pretty particular about the watches I wear. This watch came across when I was searching for another watch. For $31 I am very pleased with the quality and look of the watch. I also like the size of the watch at 44 mm...not to big and not too small. Customer service seems to be on point as they have already followed up with me regarding if I have received the watch and if it meets my standards. It also reminded me that it has a 1 year warranty. I would definitely give this watch a try if you are looking for a very reasonably priced classical watch.

April 28 2025Very stylish, and great leather color. It's a great choice for older men with small wrists. No adjustment is necessary, like for watches with metal bands.

Looks good. The watch is bigger than it looks.
