Collet Adapter 1/4 to 1/8, Collet Chuck Conversion CNC Engraving Bit Router Converter for Router Cutter Milling Bit,6 Pics

One day I will learn to take reviews with a grain of salt and stop letting them make me hesitant on my purchases. After reading the reviews of this product, it just seemed to be riddled with challenges. That has not been my experience, but my use may vary from others. I needed a reducer to utilize 1/8" shaft bits in my compact router that utilizes 1/4" shafts. I do a lot of detail work and needed a 1/32" end mill for fine work, but they do not sell them in a 1/4" shaft. These reducers seemed to fit the bill and they worked spectacularly. I inserted the reducer as far as it would go into my router collet, then added the bit, and tightened it up. The adapter held the bit and did not slip or break either piece. Now that I have 6 of them I hope they last the rest of my life. Good product and I would recommend them to anyone looking to utilize them in an application like I described.

I was trying to use my Dremel with small router bits. I picked these up to use the pits in my cordless regular router. They worked perfectly. Fit was good and performed well with zero complaints.

Won't always be super accurate, but they work well enough. Now I can chuck little 1/8" shaft jewelry burrs and laminate trimmer bits in my router and that's all I wanted.

Adapters fit easily into my 1/4" collett on my Bosch router and the bits fit easily into the adapter. I haven't measured runout but had no problem cutting out many small pieces for a doll house on my CNC in 1/8" plywood. For the price these are perfect for my needs.

Works great

Getting 6 in a bundle is good. 4 are usable but 2 are undersize and the 1/8" shaft will not fit. The collet I used worked well and 4 is plenty for my usage. Pretty casual quality control.

I upgraded the spindle on my CNC to a DeWalt and wasn't going to pay for a smaller collet. These work perfectly.

fit like a glove on JO's hand! So tight it barely fit LOL no really they fit snug and good and non have walked. Very impressed and love the item !

Des adaptateurs étaient nécessaires afin de pouvoir utiliser les mèches en 1/8" sur ma routeuse/défonceuse R0700 (qui ne dispose que d'adaptateurs 6mm, 1/4", et 3/8"). Très bonne surprise, ils s'insèrent comme il faut dans l'adaptateur 1/4", sans jeu, maintenant fermement la mèche. Un test rapide via une bête ligne droite confirme l'absence de jeu : résultat propre, mesures conformes. Vivement conseillé.
