I like the service, but the merchandise does not work as I was expecting with the dogs barking.

I ordered this adapter for my 'DOGTEK Sonic BirdHouse Bark Control Outdoor/Indoor' device because it was using up one 9V battery per week, so it was getting quite costly. After reading some of the reviews specifically for use with the DOGTEK Sonic BirdHouse Bark Control device, I decided to order it. However, it didn't seem to give the device enough juice or something because it would continuously flash green & then red while on 'Test' mode. And when you test it, it would give a short beep, but then taper off like it's dying. Then, unfortunately, it rained after a week of use and the adapter got wet & died completely. Water apparently got into the adapter housing & fried it, so it's definitely not waterproof or made for outdoor use. It was never claimed to be waterproof or stated to be for indoor use only, so I can't blame the seller for that, but I do suggest that the seller add "For Indoor Use Only" or something. Disappointed with the device all-around.

Great buy and allows you to not have to use 9v batteries. Haven't had a problem with my dog bark suppressor working since purchase.

The voltage is not strong enough for the product is says it can be used for. However, it works OK.

Not advertised right, thought it would fit my dog barker as advertised, it didn't fit the model I ordered. They refunded my money after a hassle. Probably ok if I needed an adapter for a 9volt battery appliance though.

Working to power the sonic birdhouse to keep the dog from barking all night. Thank goodness!

Seal it in a bag or something.....rain ran right in the transformer and shorted it out. I will buy another one and install with more care..
