Yes, our shoes run true to size. If you’re between sizes or unsure, we recommend sizing up by half a size.

What's the difference between M, W, and XW widths?

M (Medium) = Standard width, W (Wide) = Approximately ¼" wider than standard, XW (Extra Wide) = Approximately ½" wider than standard. If you typically wear wide shoes or prefer extra room in the toe box, we recommend W or XW.

Is there a break-in period?

Many customers feel comfortable right away. We recommend wearing your GDEFY shoes 1–2 hours daily for the first 3–5 days to allow the materials to adapt to your feet and your body to adjust to the rocker sole design.

Why does the sole feel different at first?

Our rocker sole design promotes a natural heel-to-toe gait and smooth transitions while walking. Most customers adapt within a few days. Start on flat surfaces and take your time on stairs until you're accustomed to the feel.
