Works perfect, and looks better than the grey drab one that came with my door. My house & trim is white so looks very nice, clean, and blends in. Easy install if you've ever used a drill. Programming takes a few steps, especially if you have 2 or more doors, but READ THE INSTRUCTIONS and follow them exact and you can do it.

Work as intended, super easy to set up and weather resistant.

It works just fine with my Liftmaster door. I can’t get any info on its IP or waterproof rating. Theres no rubber seals around the battery compartment so I put some caulking around the back at the top where it’s out of sight and installed it in a sheltered spot. The cover is a bit thin but the backlighting is good.Update to review 10-23-24My unit stopped working. I contacted Amazon about product support and warranty they gave me the link to the manufacturer.I contacted the seller Alisontech and they sent a new unit out. It programmed easily and is working great. I appreciate adherence to their 3 year warranty policy. In fact it was great service offering to help with set up and checking in to see if it installed correctly. You don’t have to be concerned about the purchase of this unit.

I’m sorry, but this product did not work for me or my garage door installers. I have always had an outside keypad and we had a new construction with a new LIFTMASTER garage door opener. I had no problem installing extra remotes and the internet app to work my garage door. This opener is listed as being compatible with my door opener. Four people have tried to get this keypad to work. For over 90 days I tried to get it to work. I have the yellow button. I had to wait until the garage door installers could return for such a minor request. The garage door installers confirmed if the description was correct on the keypad it should work fine. Even they could not get it to hook up. We went two months without any remotes working because of all the times it had been tried to sync or hookup. So since everything had been wiped out I called the experts to try since I had to start over with all the remotes. I was about ten days out of the 90 day warranty. Very poor customer service. No help. Video link did not work they sent. Neither Amazon nor the vendor offered to replace it. In fact vendor acted as though they could care less. I noticed one reviewer had the same problem and used other colored buttons than his called for before it would hook up. I haven’t tried that because I feel this is a defective keypad or just a bunch of garbage. If you are looking for a keypad that works I would advise looking elsewhere for an easier hookup and a better vendor.

This was very easy to install and programming was a breeze. It works very well and worth The price compared to what the garage door companies charge or even the home-improvement stores for the keypad. We have had many storms here and it seems to be weatherproof. Has been working very well.

Key pad remote is well made and worked with my Liftmaster opener. I became very frustrated trying to sync the key pad with my opener. Instructions included with the key pad simply did not work for me, Found an online review with same issue and using instructions from that review, I was able to syn remote with the opener. I question how long the AA batteries will last but time will tell on that.
