The brush part keeps falling out of the base
My cats love this , but we had to superglue the brush part in to the base b/c it didn't want to stay in on it's own. I mean, simple 'fix' really, but an annoying one IMO that shouldn't have been a problem to begin with.

My cat likes it, but doesn’t use it much. My friends cats ADORE it and use it daily. So it’s definitely a cat personality thing, but it’s exactly as described and great for most cats!

Winning combo... toy and scratcher
My shy little moggy is in her element with this. I didn't realise at first but it combines her 3 favourite things; side rubs, a carpet to scratch and a dangling white mouse toy. She was apprehensive when I set it up, but it's become her favourite item.
