Its funny looking but it works
I'm sure people look at me strangely when I wear this but I don't care. It works!! it is quiet and blows a wonderful breeze up your neck and cools you down. We had a power outage in an unbearable heat wave and this really saved me. I ordered one for my husband to wear at his shop and he loves it too. Shoppers Drug Mart sells the same item for $14.99 so this price is amazing. Just buy it, you will love it.

Great product!
Great product for the price, compact, lightweight, and very handy for cooling down someone that is very hot and sweaty without having to carry it.Batteries don't last long and that's the only thing I can find wrong.Can highly recommend this neck fan.
