This is a universal item used for many brands of recliners. Exceptional product! All metal handle & release components with metal cable clip. Trigger cable is adjustable, solid terminal cable cyclinder fits perfectly into metal cutout & wire lays perfectly into metal channel on handle, has a spring at hook end of cable to provide smooth, reliable operation. Replacing plastic handle on recliner which broke after 4 months of use. Fantastic product, easy to install.

Original plastic one broke, this replacement is steel, much better built and works great.

This is a great replacement for one we had. The old ones we had, the braided steel cables, broke. I thought it would either be big money to fix or very expensive. The couch it was on is pretty worn, so I did not want to spend much on it, since it has maybe a year or so left in its usable life. To be completely honest, I do not write many Amazon reviews; it seems like most products have so many reviews that it does not matter to write one myself. This product, though, was easy to install (I did not even know about the videos), very cheap for a quick fix to the couch, and it was installed, adjusted, and tested on both sides in less than 30 minutes. The only catch is that the adjustment appears to be one-time, meaning do not mess with it unless you are sure of the adjustment you need. I did this on the first one by accident and luckily got it right, but you should install it and have it just not screwed in before you do the adjustment. Overall great value for the money, works well, easy to use, and easy to install, 4 stars for sure!

Perfect fit! Upgrade in quality. Metal construction. Original was cheap plastic that broke in the first few months. Metal should out last the chair!

Very well made of solid metal, easy to install and it a huge upgrade from the cheap plastic version the couch manufacturer installed. Highly recommended!
