This is one of my favorite protein powders I have found. I mix it with frozen fruit and some sugar free lemonade and I'm done. It gives my husband gas but he blames it on the dogs.

My nutritionist recommended smoothies to add fruit (and fiber) to my diet, and of course, you can always add other things, I add plain greek yogurt, peanut butter, and protein powder. While most people likely would prefer a plain flavor like vanilla or something sweeter, I'm a chocolate person through and through. This has a unique chocolate flavor but it mixes well, especially once you add the peanut butter. Not my first choice but just bought it again from the site because it's one of the best values here, for the size, by the ounce price.

The price and quantity are great for my budget. It is pretty basic in terms of what you get at the price it is offered at. I don't buy protein powders often but have tried various different kinds. When I was younger the health food stores would sell it in the bulk bins so I've been supplementing with whey for a really long time.Good price and value.

It's smell is like a mix of vanilla cake batter and vanilla ice cream and personally I think it tastes more like cake
