Seems fine. But it's generic, and mostly plastic
This contraption replaces an existing shower head. It is not complicated at all, it's just a shower head with a fancy handheld attachment. All that is needed is to unscrew your old shower arm and install the new one. The lower part attaches by suction cup. None of this touches the bath tub filler part, no need to re-plumb anything. It does not require screws or reconfigurations to your shower. Plumbers tape is included. Installs in minutes. There are only 4 or 5 pieces to assemble. The only tool you need is a wrench. So this brand has tons of products, but it's still a brand new, generic, import. I don't see any obvious problems with this, but I have found some of their accessories are not standard US sizes. Just realize that with generic, it is unknown whether they'll be around to honor a warranty, or offer replacement parts, or customer support, etc etc. Plumbing is different than other products - if there is a failure, not only is there extensive labor to repair, it could cause thousands of dollars of damage. So the unit looks great, modern design, I really love the aesthetics of it. But when you get up close, it's obvious it's mostly plastic. It will get fingerprints on it, scratched / scuffed over time. This is not a durable finish, it's painted plastic.I do not know what is on the inside - brass, plastic, if there is lead content, etc. There are no disclosures. Flow rate is 2.5 gallons per minute, which is average.Bottom line is that it looks great, I see no obvious problems, but it makes me nervous, and if it were my house I would suggest you consider getting a name brand alternative instead.

Easy to Install, Looks Good, and Works Well
I ordered this to replace the old, junky shower head that was in the bathroom of the house that we'd just bought. I figured that even if this wasn't great, it would still better than what was already there.I was pleasantly surprised by this set. It was easy to assemble, and I had it installed in minutes. I used the existing neck that came out of the wall, and everything still fit well. Everything that I needed to install it was in the box. There are two methods for attaching the bar to the shower wall, either by a suction cup or an included double-sided adhesive. The suction cup wouldn't work, because my shower tile isn't smooth, so I used the adhesive pad. This held for a month or so before it came loose and wouldn't stick anymore. I ended up having to get a better, waterproof adhesive, and it has stayed put since.I really like that the shower head is very high. I'm not a particularly tall person, but I still need to duck my head down to wash my hair in most showers. It took me a while to get out of the habit of doing this with this new head. The shower head is a lot larger than I've used before, and I like that the water is more spread out, and I also like that it flows straight down on you instead of shooting at an angle from the wall. The handheld shower head part is nice, too. You can adjust the height on it along the bar to position it in the spot you want. When you turn it on, it doesn't stop the water flowing from the top head, but that is fine with me. Sometimes I turn them both on just so I have hot water shooting at me from the top and the sides. It's very relaxing.I was a bit concerned that some of the plastic parts might start looking bad over time, but I've had it installed for about six months and it still looks as good as new.I really like this shower head, and I'm glad that I ordered it.

just plastic
Amazing force handheld shower head and rainfall shower in picture looks great and it does look exactly as in picture, minus the material quality. It looks like metal in the picture and there no material listing on the product description. I was little disappointed to see all plastic. There is no doubt, it looks great and works just fine but it will not last long due to plastic and the chrome coating will eventually give up. If you have high salt sediments in water, like we have, a heavy cleaning of the shower head might further decrease the coating life and expose the plastic underneath sooner than later. There is no list price at the time of this review to comment if there is value for money spent, I would not spend so much on this rainfall shower head since it is mostly plastic.

Decent showerhead, but instructions are vague
This is a decent showerhead. My 6'2" husband appreciates how high the rainfall head is (it's REALLY high!). I'm only 5'2" so I only notice that it's WAY above my head! The water flow is good - almost delicate. The handheld head can be adjusted for different types of spray. I think it's important to note that when you switch on in the handheld head, it does not turn off the rainfall head. I've had other shower systems that only allowed one or the other to be on. I actually think would prefer it if it shut off the rainfall when the handheld was in use, but that's just a personal preference. I do wish the installation instructions were clearer. The parts are not clearly marked or labeled and it took me a while to figure out how to attach the vertical tube to the wall. There are two options and you select one based on the wall surface. Once aligned, you have to twist it on to tighten it to the wall. I added some silicone just in case because the seal didn't seem great.Advice: Be aware that the neck that attaches the water supply to the unit has NO room for length discrepancies. Our water supply screws in about an inch into the wall so I ended up having to get an extension from the hardware store to install the unit. The distance from the wall to where it connects to the unit has to be exact or the vertical bar will not attach to the wall properly. It will either be too far away so you can't attach it at all, or too close causing tension on the tubes and adhesive/suction cup.
