This thing works very well. I use it for the guy I take care of whose sugar gets low. If I leave the house, I fill it with a sugary drink so that he can get some sugar into his system when I can't help him. He can't do it himself (he's quadriplegic) so I can set this up at a perfect height so that he can access it. However, it's unfortunate that it's so expensive. The people that would use this are generally disabled, which means they're probably on a very low, fixed income. As with nearly every accessible item, it's way overpriced. He wouldn't have been able to use this if I hadn't bought it for him.

I run an ALS clinic, we buy these and recommend these to folks in wheelchairs. They work great for folks with mobility issues who can’t grasp a straw. Set it in place and it stays where people can access it to drink hands free.

This is a great product for my son who is in a wheelchair and cannot use his hands to feed himself. I just wish it was easier to clean and wasn't quite so expensive. Since it is such a well designed product, I don't mind the price so much. It does something and meets a need that other products just cannot. The best part is the outer straws that stays exactly where you put it.

Bought this for a loved one with some health issues and it works great. The flexible "neck" of this bottle helps her drink independently when she wants too according to her own ability. I have been looking for something like this for a long time! Perfect product for my family member and I don't have to worry anymore about adequate hydration for her. She can drink as often as she wants without having to ask someone to hold a bottle up for her and I don’t have to remind her to drink and stay hydrated. I worry less and she has more independence. The smaller neck bottle stands upright even when empty. I also bought the Giraffe bottle with the longer neck and that works great too. However, the longer neck bottle will not always stand up unless it's full due to the weight of the "neck" so I definitely recommend getting the mounting hardware with that one. In the mount it works perfectly. So happy we found these products!
