Created by chef, creative and restauranteur Rik, the beer was originally born from his acclaimed bar and restaurant of the same name in North Manchester. 2 x First Chop Gluten Free Ultra Pale HOP - a delight of a pale ale, we use only the best New Zealand hop varieties, grown in the award winning wine regions to give this refreshing ale a dry pear and gooseberry finish. 2 x First Chop Gluten Free Modern Manchester Bitter MCR - this classic English style ale has had a revamp with some modern brewing techniques. We have introduced amarillo hops to a rich malty body and the results speak for themselves. Lovely and refreshing with a touch of something new. 2 x First Chop Gluten Free Classic Vanilla POD - Lovely coffee and chocolate notes come from the premium malted barley and a vanilla hit that melds beautifully with the chocolate profile at the base of this beer. 2 x First Chop Gluten Free Mango Pale JAM - Lovely golden colour and fruity aroma comes from the comet and cascade hops. The beautiful mango flavours in this beer this bring the whole thing together giving you a wonderfully refreshing ale. 2 x First Chop Gluten Free Juicy IPA - Big hoppy flavours achieved through double dry hopping with classic US IPA hops.
