Have received the scooter as promised
Well pleased with the scooter and the communication was superb with out doubt the best communication I have ever had with any company before.There was a small issue but it was dealt with tootsweet that's what I call customer service thank you

Great little Vike
I received my three parcels all on time.I contacted the seller as there was a few issues. After several messages I agreed to a 3% discount to pay for paint and requested a replacement rear parcel bag/pouch.I have been unable to contact the seller since and have received nothing.Otherwise the scooter is excellent and of great quality. It provides me with good transport and performs very well. It has a huge range between charges and l like it a lot.The only pity being that none of the issues have yet been resolved.
