DELIVERS TRUE USB 2.0 UP TO 150 FEET DURING TESTING
While this product wasn't reviewed yet, I took a gamble as we have a need that can't be met any other way. While trying to complete our conference room project, I've tried a few different brands of USB 2.0 - Ethernet extenders and not a single one has been able to deliver actual USB 2.0 speeds even over the distance of a few feet on our test bench using a 6' cable for initial testing. Other brands CLAIM to deliver USB 2.0 but in reality, they struggle to connect even a keyboard and mouse. This extender delivered true USB 2.0 speeds across a 150' cable on our test bench and will allow us to add a USB speakerphone and USB camera to our conference room. Both camera and speakerphone were tested using the 150' cable on the test bench and both worked flawlessly! I'm so impressed, I ordered another unit to finish out this conference room project!I highly recommend this unit if you're looking at a similar project!

Update: Connection is intermittent & unreliable
UPDATE: DEC 9 2020 (3-STARS)The USB connection provided by this device has proven to be unreliable. For whatever reason(s), the connection to either one, or some of the USB devices that are connected to the extender, will cut out at random times for seemingly random time intervals. The physical connections are all sound, and cable runs are all very short, <15ft. Since I was using this device with a keyboard and mouse, the unpredictable loss of functionality for either one, or both of them has become enough of an annoyance to justify disconnecting this device.ORIGINAL REVIEW (4-STARS):Good product if you need to extend the distance of your USB 2.0 devices, such as a keyboard or a mouse.WHAT I USE IT FOR:I wanted a better way to connect my mouse and keyboard to my host pc, that didin't require the use of long USB extension cables. This product allows me to have my PC some distance away from where I'm using my mouse and my keyboard, while giving me two additional ports to use as well.WHAT'S IN THE BOX:The product arrives as two units - 1 receiver with four USB ports, and 1 transceiver with one USB port that you connect to your host pc. A USB cable for the host connection is included, as is the power supply which you connect to the receiver unit.WHAT'S GREAT ABOUT IT:Easy to use! Just connect your transceiver to your host pc with the included usb cable, then take a spare ethernet cable (cat5/6) and connect one end to the transceiver unit, the other end to the receiver unit. Plug in the power supply to the receiver unit, and whatever USB devices you want to connect to the host pc, and you're all set! I was even able to rack mount the transceiver unit using some spare mounting ears I had lying around, nice bonus!WHAT'S NOT SO GREAT:The indicator LEDS on both units are bright and blue. Some people are sensitive to this type of thing, in which case electrical tape is your friend. Otherwise, the price. Its a pretty expensive product, so its really best suited for situations where you're doing long distance cable runs, between rooms for example, over your existing in wall ethernet cabling.BOTTOM LINE:Great product that performs exactly as advertised, doesn't take up much space, and can be rack mounted if you have some spare mounting ears lying around. Recommended.

Worked great for a USB web cam.
Reliable little extender. We are using it to send a USB 2.0 webcam signal over 100ft of ethernet (30m). No problems thus far. The power adapter is a little small an "not so easily replaced," but it hasn't had any problems. Low latency and decent build quality. Price is about average to high, but if you buy a non-powered adapter, good luck running a USB webcam at more than 12ft (3m).

100' USB 2.0 - Awesome
I have tried this type of thing before and have mostly been disappointed. But, these seem to work pretty well. I have them between my Windows PC and a Weather Station. Early on, one time after a reboot, I had to disable and enable the device to get it to come back alive, but no issues after several other reboots. It just works.
