Q: Will this stick to silicone air tubing? I need to mark the aquarium tubing with something that won't come off

I have no idea I never tried it. But whatever you put it on you need a nail light for gel nails.

Q: Does this have to be used with a uv lamp or can i just put this on my nails? also, is this easily removed with nail polish remover?

It is a gel polish so yes you have to use a lamp. Sorry No, you can't remove it with nail polish remover. You can soak it off with Acetone or gently file it off.
