Spring Valley - Acidophilus, 1 Billion Active Cultures, 30 Caplets

I was reading how this could help with my acid reflux, and Im happy to say it has. If I remeber to take it daily I seem to have over come it by 99% . The product keeps good bacteria in your digestive trac and if thats working right than everything gets better.All I can say is I haven't had a bad acid reflux attack since taking this product, and I highly recommed this if y9ou have acid reflux issues like I did.

You have to swallow the pill immediately or otherwise suffer the chalky taste of it. It dissolves very quickly. If you can get past that, it's well worth it. Keeps my digestive system running smoother & it's very noticable when I go a few days without. Well worth it.

Just what I have been taking

Every time I take one, it gets stuck in my throat and I either have to cough it out or drink a bunch of water to get it to go down. It rarely ever goes down smoothly.
