Picked these up for my wife for Christmas dinner and they absolutely delivered. She loved the classic look, the heel height is elegant without being uncomfortable, and she said they fit perfectly right out of the box. . Clarks is my ‘go to’ shoe brand especially when buying for special occasions or ordering on line. They always fit perfectly, provide arch support and look fantastic. I bought high heels for a special work event and they were comfortable enough to wear all day and night. Definitely recommend.

Well made and comfortable insole. 9.5 wide is my normal size, and that’s what I ordered. Width was a slightly tight. The bigger issue was the shoe was slipping off my heels. So these run slightly narrow and slightly long. Unfortunately I had to send them back.

Love them! Plenty of padding in the footbed. They are so very comfortable and easy to walk in with a slight platform. I have slender feet and legs and wear a 7.5 M shoe. I went up to an 8.5M. and they fit great without squeezing or pinched toes. They look very classy and feminine. Would go well with skinny jeans, business or more dress up. I had another exact same pair in an 8 and couldn't wear them they were so tight. I'm so glad I purchased them again 1/2 size larger. They are lovely.

Purchaser is 5ft5, weigh about 156lbs. Says she had a Clarks before and wanted the heel version. Usually wears size 9 in close toe but since the comments said runs big, bought an 8.5wide. It fits her foot but once on for longer than few minutes walking, noted toes get numb and tingly. Thought it was just a new shoe problem because it fit the rest of the foot so well, putting it on was like putting on slip-ins. It was kept at the office to wear around inside but still no improvement with the toes. Would love to return it and try the 9.

These shoes are well made for walking and all day wear. They are leather and professionally constructed. The inside is smooth (no jabs from ridiculous inside stitching or insoles like some brands). The sizing is accurate (not too narrow for your toes and the almond shape is appropriate). The platform is discreet (great for daytime or any time) and takes the "edge" off the high heel (in other words your feet are NOT at a steeply slanted angle from heel to toe making them more comfortable for longer time). I bought the size 6 Wide which in Clarks fits me perfectly. The soles are very practical and grip the floor properly (rubber-ish) and you definitely do not feel like you're going to slip. You can stride confidently down the hall, up the steps or along the street and also survive wet pavements. I highly recommend Clarks as a brand overall as they make classical, well made shoes.

I own these shoes in a 6.5 & my daughter in college owns them in a 7. We each have them in both black and nude. These shoes run true to size. They are a solid basic pump—a timeless elegance. These shoes are stylish enough for a younger lady but comfortable enough for her mom.

For being Clarks brand I expected for them to be more cushioned. Also when they arrived they were in a brown unmarked box and the sticker price tag on the bottom of each shoe was already removed/peeled off and poorly done as part of the stickers were still on them. The platform on the ball of the foot isn’t on the full base so they kinda rock when you walk. I tried them on and walked 5 steps in just one shoe and was done. They are very tight and not good if you have a wider ball of your foot. Still receive 3 stars as they are cute and if it was wider it may not be too bad

Looks nice, hard to say they are comfy, because I ordered 5.5 and keep receiving 5.

My wife loves these shoes but they came with a slippery plastic heel, making their safety questionable at best on wet surfaces. So my wife took them to the shoe repair and he replaced the plastic heel with rubber ones. Now she is happy 😊

I orded a size UK 6.5 D, unfortunately, they sent me a US 6.5, that actually fits a 4UK. I was so much looking forward to wear it, but it didn't even fit my pink toe. Had to send it back today. Now waiting for refund upon return gets to them. I'd like it to reorder but not sure. So that's a no for now. Lovely shoe, otherwise. Gutted really.
