I’m permanently switching to these!
They are the most comfy tampons I have ever used. They fit snuggly and don’t cause any leaks. I also have had reactions to regular tampons in the past (it must be the synthetic materials) but I do not have any problems with these at all. And there’s very minimal plastic so I feel much better about using and disposing of them. 10/10 definitely recommend!

Plastic free!
These are excellent tampons and despite a previous review stating they are wrapped in plastic (they have to be wrapped in something for hygiene) It’s not ‘plastic’. The cellophane is plant based and biodegradable. These tampons are completely plastic free and I use them alongside period underwear on my heavy days. Well done to lil let’s for making affordable plastic free products. They just need to make these in a ‘light’ flow version.

Organic is best
Well, they're tampons. They work. I prefer organic for a number of reasons. But they fit and they do the job.

Good, but so are non organic
There is a note inside the box pointing out that they create organic tampons to give people the choice, but their non organic tampons also contain no harmful materials. I think that is an important point: Lil-lets of whatever kind are good. These tampons have a couple of inconvenient features/ lack of features. First, all their organic range has the same gold band around each tampon, so it isn't as easy to differentiate the sizes at a glance (as opposed to the normal range, where the bands are all different colours). Secondly you can't twist to unwrap these ones: you have to use the old style pull tab. I asked Lil-lets customer service the reason for this, and they said the organic tampons are more prone to taking on moisture through the wrapper, so they had to change the packaging. These are only small irritations, but I particularly like the twist to unwrap feature of normal Lil-lets, so I will stick to those in future. They are cheaper as well.
