County Line Kitchen Replacement Seals for Cold Brew Filter with Stainless Steel Lid or Ball White Plastic Lids - 3 Pack

Very nice and heavy silicone seals for Mason or Ball wide mouth canning jars. I use these seals with non-corrosive plastic jar caps for brine fermenting. These seals rest conveniently in the mouth of the jar and assure a tight, leak-proof jar. I found that lubricating the top edge of the seal with a few drops of water, facilitates easy tightening of the plastic cap closure. There is no need to overtighten, in order to achieve an optimum seal.

This product is working perfectly for us! We use mason jars primarily for vacuum packing freeze dried food as well as vacuum storage of refrigerated food. Sometimes their are slight imperfections in the jar rims or the seals of the lids that show up later as failed seals and sometimes food loss. So far the rings have solved these problems to perfection. We especially like for our daily use refrigerator jars and counter storage. An excellent product we give two high thumbs up with gold stars on each finger two!

These are awesome and work well with the mainstays Walmart plastic lids, easy to clean and leakproof, good for a working pantry for sure. Definitely going to order a lot more!

I use these with my metal mesh filters and wide mouth mason jars to make cold brew coffee. My old seals turned brown after years of use and one partially melted when it fell on my dishwasher heating element. These new seals fit two different metal mesh filters in my jars with no leaks when inverted and shaken. Use plastic lids as the original metal lids may not seal properly with the added thickness.

These do not stick to the jars. Next time I’ll probably choose a brand that sits inside the cover. That may have the same issues. I will say it does successfully seal the jars.

Not as advertised. However great if you use the metal rings and lids. Quality is excellent.

I really like these reusable silicone seals! I find them easy to use and I like the design so they sit on the rim of the jar. I use canning jars for many things and I like the fact that I can now seal out air or seal in liquid. Without the seals, the regular plastic lids leak.

Used some for my mason jars that the seals were old and needed replacement.

The rings I received are not the same as whats pictured. They are flat with only a slight ridge instead of being indented like other silicone rings I see listed here on Amazon.
