Advanced Dip Belt - Dip Pullup Squat Multifunction Versatile Weight Lifting Belt - Weighted Weightlifting Dipping Belt

This belt is the best belt I've used for my fitness program on leg day. I understand that it is billed as a dip belt, however, I use it as a squat belt along with a pull-up belt. It perfectly accommodates my back because I can't stack a heavy load on my back for squats, well in comes the Advanced Dip Belt to save the day. I simply hook the pulley machine to the left and the right side and I'm off to the races with this very well constructed belt. I have been asked several times where did I get this belt. I always recommend them straight to this belt on Amazon. I'd made my own version for years prior to just happening upon this belt and all of my needs were met in a flash, now leg day is a thing of beauty and functionality without any more back pain from crushing weights. It allows me to move as I normally would but now with the added dimension of weight at my hips to carve out a monsters leg day. I know you've been there!Update #2: I still love my belt, however, I'm a realist, anything you use in the gym with weights will ritually start to tare because it's cloth, so I had the idea to reenforce the stitched area that connects the D-rings to the belt by sewing over them with 25 lb fishing line ( I know "fishing line) yes the kind designed not to break easily. I know it sounds either crazy or brilliant but better safe than sorry. I'm planning on using this belt for a while and brutally in the gym.

Sturdy, able to hold the weight without fear of it falling off or coming loose. Exactly what I was looking for and I couldn’t be happier with the product.

The media could not be loaded. Works great, but I wish that the strap/sling was a little longer. The current length results in the plate almost going up my butt, as there is very little clearance. In the manufacturer's photo it looks like there should be more clearance, but the strap that I received is definitely shorter. Otherwise, the belt itself is great -- comfortable and secure.

The belt can be used for multiple movements, including pull up, dip, and squat. Especially, the belt is in a close-loop around the waist, where this design is friendly for pull up and dip.

Incredibly versatile belt with side-positioned anchors which made possible to use it for squats with my Finnlo Bioforce station. Good quality of materials and fine workmanship. So happy that found such one - great value for the money!

I just purchased this belt for the second time after having purchases my first over 3 years ago. I didn't even NEED to replace it, I just though it was time. I work out 2-3 hours for 5-6 days every week, and this belt has been amazing. I wear it for nearly every workout, both for support and to strap on additional weight for elevated push ups, dips, pull ups, you name it. It's the most comfortbale belt I've ever tried, while also being the sturdiest.That said, the nylon strap broke after about 1 year of collecting my sweat and bearing all the additional weight I'd add to it. I had to buy other belts just to get their metal chain straps to use with this belt. But those belts were all inferior in every other respect. Get this belt, then couple it with an actual metal chain = a belt that will last you longer than 3 years, and will be the most comfortable ot wear while offering the best support.

I was impressed by the quality, it fits perfectly and the material can handle a lot of weight, I used 2 weight plates of 20 Kg to perform my dips. I would definitely this to anyone.

This belt was recommended by a few Tonal users. It can take the full weight offered by Tonal. It has helped me improve my leg strength because there is no weight on the spine nor on the lower back muscles. This gives me confidence to go squats and lunges without worrying about lower back injuries.
